Rachel Ellrich Miller is a pastry chef, living, writing and eating in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked at Bouchon (Las Vegas), True Food Kitchens (Scottsdale), J&G Steakhouse (Scottsdale), and The Parlor (Scottsdale).
